Dolphin Marine Certificates

Dolphin Marine has a lot of international certificates such as: The new IMO Regulation on the first of July 2006 the amendments to SOLAS chapter 3 regulation part 20 MSC 1206 came into force and is now revised slightly, which concerns the life boat service and inspection regulation.
