Lifeboat & Davit Inspection Services
Dolphin Marine is an authorised annual inspection and load-test service provider for all major lifeboat and davit manufacturers. We perform annual inspections, 5-yearly overhauls, and 1.1× load tests on totally enclosed lifeboats, free-fall lifeboats, rescue boats, and their launching appliances – davits and winches – at ports across Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Angola.
All inspections comply with SOLAS Chapter III Regulations 3, 20, and 36, and IMO Circular MSC.402(96). Our certified inspection reports are accepted by all IACS Classification Societies and flag state authorities, ensuring your vessel passes Port State Control without delay

Life Raft Inspection, Servicing & Supply
Dolphin Marine operates approved life raft service stations across its operating regions. Our technicians are authorised by 10 inflatable life raft manufacturers to perform comprehensive servicing in accordance with SOLAS requirements and manufacturer procedures. Our services include annual inspection and recertification, five-yearly special tests, CO₂ inflation-cylinder hydrostatic testing, component replacement, and life raft exchange arrangements.
Under SOLAS Regulation III/20, inflatable life rafts must generally be serviced at an approved service station at intervals not exceeding 12 months. Dolphin Marine simplifies the process through 24/7 dockside collection and redelivery, replacement and exchange options, and the supply of SOLAS Pack A and Pack B life rafts in capacities ranging from 4 to 25 persons.

Fire-Fighting Equipment Inspection & Maintenance
Dolphin Marine provides comprehensive inspection, testing, maintenance, refilling, and certification services for marine fire-fighting equipment. Our scope covers portable and wheeled fire extinguishers, SCBA and EEBD units, fixed CO₂ and foam fire-extinguishing systems, and fire detection and alarm systems. All work is performed in accordance with applicable SOLAS Chapter II-2 requirements, the International Code for Fire Safety Systems (FSS Code), Classification Society rules, and manufacturer procedures.

In addition to our core LSA and FFA services, Dolphin Marine provides a range of specialised marine inspection, testing, and calibration solutions.
