Job Description
- Manages day to day business relationship, and proactively and autonomously negotiates costs, promotional opportunities, and other business inputs with vendors.
- Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
- Conducts vendor analysis and makes recommendations for initiatives that optimize for business growth.
- Maximizes business profitability and selection expansion opportunities.
- Uses data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Conduct powerful presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Prepare client quotations and proposals
- Meet sales targets and deadlines

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid experience in marine equipment.
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Experience with sales training and management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with marine equipment and the boating industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Marine marketing and sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
