- Contact class, agent, flag
- Contact vessel through marine traffic
- Contact account department to prepare mission’s fees to the engineers
- Prepare the inspection document if required
- Send the service document and invoice by courier
- International Quotations
- Issue PO
- Analysis sheet
- Fill lifeboat Sheet
- Scan Vessels for LB & Life raft
- Issue Invoices
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in marine field
- Fluent in English Speak and read
- Cooperative and has an excellent team work abilities.
- High communication skills.
- Can handle stress perfectly.
- Fast learner and precise.
